BUS 449 Post 10

WOW

The past decades are known with the attempted of designers always to create something extraordinary. This trend can be observed in the shoe making industry as well. Many designers are competing for the first place in the contest of the weirdest shoes ever seen. And some of them have really crossed the line.

Here are my top 5 of the most weird/strange looking shoes ever created.

#5 Insect enlocked shoes

These shoes are characterized by an insect or other animal locked inside the platform of the shoes.

#4 Fish shoes

I am devoting number 4 in the list to these strange looking Fish shoes. They are characterized by a platform made of fishes. The only wonder here is if the fish is real.

#3 Toe – less shoes

Number 3 are the toe-less shoes. These shoes are basically characterized by not having a front part. Do you think they are convenient?

#2 Leggings shoes

These shoes are basically trousers as well.

#1 Wire shoes

The winners of this list are the Wire shoes. These shoes are created only by wires and nothing else.  Here the motto “fashion before comfort” is on its place.

4 Shoe types every guy should have.

Because I consider it unfair to write only women’s shoes I decided my second post to give some more insights on what our sweethearts should have in their shoe closet.

Here are the 4 must-haves types of shoes every man should own:

#4: Boots

For the cold winter days, as well as for spring/atom weekends, boots can be a perfect match for a men’s casual look. They can be paired with jeans and a shirt, however not with suits. Boots are suitable for every weekend occasion and what is more they are always keeping your feet warm.

#3: Casual office shoes:

These shoes are perfect for every working day. More formal than sneakers and not formal enough to look overdressed, office shoes are ideal match to wear with a shirt and contribute to the professional office look. Each man should has two pair of these: one black and one brown. The two different colors bring diversity in man’s closet. The two pairs can be different styles which will add even more variety in man’s wardrobe.

#2: Dress shoes

The mule shoes were invented in 18th century for indoor wearing and were mostly associated with prostitutes. The peak of their popularity was in 20th century when the actress Merilyn Monroe decided to break their bad fame. These shoes were a trend in the 50s, 60s and after that in the 90s; however during 21st century women wore them primarily when doing some gardening.
